But I saw the same thing again and again:

That’s why I started Square M — to help founders and leaders simplify growth and scale up without burning out.

Now, I work directly with small and mid-sized B2B businesses - and tradies - who are ready to grow with more strategy, more confidence, and fewer dead ends.
