About Square M Solutions

I spent 20 years inside some of Australia's largest B2B businesses. And in that time, I saw the same pattern repeat itself across good companies with good people.

What I do and for who

I work with founders and CEOs of B2B tech and services businesses — typically 20 to 100 people — who've built out their commercial team but feel disconnected from what's driving results. That includes managed service providers, IT services firms, and professional services businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada.

I offer two ways to work together:

Where I've worked

My background spans sales, marketing, customer experience, and commercial strategy across some of Australia's most complex B2B environments.


At Fujitsu, I led customer experience, retention, and strategic planning across Australia and New Zealand — working across sales, service delivery, and account management to improve renewal performance and client loyalty.


At Computershare, I built a globally aligned marketing operating model across APAC, EMEA, and North America — developing demand generation programs, aligning sales and marketing, and taking a new consulting practice from zero to $500K+ annual revenue.


Earlier in my career at Telstra, I managed key account portfolios in banking and finance, led product marketing, and ran strategic partner development.


I know what good commercial structure looks like at scale. And I know what breaks when businesses grow faster than their systems and alignment can keep up.
